The Central University of Bihar (CUB) founded in 2009 by the Act of Parliament. CUB seeks to educate and develop human resources for the development of the country, establish linkages with industries for the promotion of science and technology, and pay special attention to the improvement of the social and economic conditions and well being of the people, their intellectual, academic and cultural development. Therefore, the University has to begin its functioning in the State Capital. Presently Operational Office is located at BIT Campus (Camp Office), P.O. - B.V. College, Patna - 800 014.
