REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
• A Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 75,000 (Rs. Seventy Five Thousand Only) drawn in favour of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) payable at New Delhi
• 12th Class/Diploma Certificate and Mark Sheet
• Category Certificate
• Migration/Transfer Certificate
All documents are to be brought in original with a set of attested photocopy.
Procedure for Withdrawal of Admission, Surrender of Seat, Change of Institute and Participation in 2nd Round of Counseling for B Arch July 2010 Session
Withdrawal of Admission
The admitted students can withdraw their admission from B Arch for July 2010 session till 5.00 PM on August 10, 2010. Admission will be cancelled on request of the candidate on prescribed format given on IGNOU website. Such candidates have to submit a DD of Rs. 5000 in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi to get their DD of Rs. 75,000 back.
These candidates will have no claim whatsoever for participation in any further round of counceling for admission to B. Arch. July 2010 session.
The students who opt to withdraw after August 10, 2010 but before August 31, 2010 will have to pay @ Rs. 300 per day after August 10, 2010 plus Rs. 5,000 in order to get their DD of Rs. 75,000 back from IGNOU. No refund of fee shall be permissible after 31st August 2010.
2nd Round of Counseling for B Arch July 2010 Session
2nd round of counseling will be conducted as per following schedule :

Venue : Convention Centre, IGNOU Campus, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi – 110 068
Candidates from Southern States (Maharastra, A. P. , Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Goa etc) may also attend counseling at IDEA, GOA as per their convenience
Eligibility :
• All reserved category candidates (who did not get a seat in any of the institutes). The seat will be allotted against the seat that fall vacant due to withdrawal / surrender of seat in the same category.
• All candidates having rank 301 and onwards
• All admitted candidates who opt to change the institute. Such candidates will have to necessarily surrender their seat allotted in 1st round of counseling to become eligible for 2nd round of counseling. The candidate who opts to surrender his/her seat allotted in 1st counseling will have no claim whatsoever on the surrendered seat in the event of not getting any seat in the 2nd round of counseling.
The admitted students can surrender their seat by applying on a prescribed format given on IGNOU website latest by 5.00 PM on August 10, 2010.
The above procedure shall also be applicable to all admitted candidates who have submitted application for change of Institute.
