Master of Science In Clinical Research (MSCR), Form Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), USA

Course Outcome:

On successful completion of the MSc in Clinical Research, students will be able to demonstrate the following key skills

  • A detailed understanding of the concepts, principles and methodologies critical in Clinical Research particular in an emerging environment as currently being experienced in India.
  • A thorough objective appreciation of the complex moral, social and legal aspects of ethics as they affect clinical research globally.
  • A critical appreciation of the similarities and differences in the application of clinical research for commercial sponsors and/or academic partners – specific emphasis will be placed on accountability, confidentiality and quality assurance

A need for these skills to be appropriately employed for the benefit of regulatory bodies, commercial sponsors; clinicians; academia and patients

MSCR

• Two years full time programme in Clinical Research

• Programme available at multiple campuses: UK, USA & Singapore. USA option only available in second year of programme and students must meet additional requirements.

• Degree will be awarded by MUSC

• This programme will be taught jointly by MUSC & ICRI Global Research faculty

ELIGIBILITY

Post Graduates, Graduates/Final year graduate students of Life Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, Paramedical, Biotechnology and other Allied Health Science

i. Minimum 55% aggregate

ii. Minimum GPA of 3.0

iii. TOEFL score required

Approved by British Accreditation Council, UK and  Ministry of Education, Singapore.
