DOEACC Society, an Autonomous Body of the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and IT, Govt. of India is a premier IT Education and Training Institution in the non-formal sector. The Society currently has
11(eleven) centres.

DOEACC Society Guwahati Centre is looking for well-qualified, experienced and dynamic persons for various posts. These posts are to be filled up at the centre on 5(five) years term contract basis, which is extendable further depending on requirement of the centre and the performance of the candidate. The posts are transferable to anywhere in India.

1. SCIENTIST-C

Number of Posts : 1 (Gen)

Scale of Pay : PB3 Rs.15600-39100 + GP Rs. 6600
Age limit as on 31/10/2009: 35 years
Qualification & Experience: 1st Class B.E. / recognised equivalent qualification with not less than 65% marks with 5(Five) years experience with good Communication Skills.
OR
M. Tech / M.E. with 3(Three) years experience with good Communication Skills.
OR
Ph.D. (Engg.) with 1(One) year experience with good Communication Skills

2. SCIENTIST-B
Number of Posts : 1 (SC -1)
Scale of Pay : PB3 Rs.15600-39100 + GP Rs. 5400
Age limit as on31/10/2009: 30 years
Qualification & Experience: 1st Class B.E. / B.Tech/ equivalent recognised qualification with not less than 65% marks with good Communication Skills.
OR
M. Tech / M.E. with good Communication Skills.
OR
MCA/DOEACC ‘B’ Level with 2(two) years experience with good Communication Skills.

3. SENIOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
Number of Posts : 2  (SC – 1, ST – 1)
Scale of Pay : PB2 Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs. 4200
Age limit as on 31/10/2009: 35 years
Qualification & Experience: B.E. / B. Tech or equivalent with good Communication Skills.
OR
M. Sc./ MCA First Class (60%) with good Communication Skills.
OR
DOEACC ‘B’ Level with good Communication Skills.
OR
1st Class Diploma in Engg./ Tech. of 3(three) years fulltime duration or its equivalent with 5(Five) years experience with good Communication Skills.
OR
1st Class B.Sc/BCA with 5(Five) years experience with good Communication Skills.

4. LIBRARIAN
Number of Posts : 1 (Gen)
Scale of Pay : PB2 Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs. 4200
Age limit as on 31/10/2009: 35 years
Qualification & Experience: 1st Class B. Lib. Science with 5 (Five) years experience with working experience in library management software and possessing good communication skills.
