Age: Not exceeding 35 years as on 14.12.2009 (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per rule.)
Emoluments: Basic pay of Rs. 15,600-39,100/- + Grade Pay of As. 6,600/- and allowances.
How to Apply: Application containing complete Bio-Data viz. Name in block letter. Father's/Husband's name, Date of Birth, Postal Address, Telephone No, Permanent Address, whether SC/ST/OBC, Educational Qualifications, Experience (if any), preference of hospital, duly affixed recent passport size photograph, attested photocopies of testimonials along with a Demand Draft of As. 300/- (Rs. 75/- in case of SC/ST) (issued by bank after the date of publication of advertisement) in favour of "ESI Fund Account No. 1, Directorate (Med.) Delhi" should reach to the office of Director (Medical) Delhi, ESI Scheme, ESI Dispensary Complex, Tilak Vihar, New Delhi-110018 by 14.12.2009 .
Note: 1). Vacancies are likely to change depending upon actual requirement at the time of interview.
2). The list of eligible candidates for interviews will be displayed at the notice board of this office before the date of interview.
3). Though the preference of hospital has been sought from the candidates however it will be the sole discretion of administration to post any candidate in any of the above stated Hospitals as per requirement.
4). The amount of Demand Draft is not refundable in any circumstances.
