1) Principal (1 Post - UR)
Pay Band & Grade Pay: 15,600-39,100+6,600(PB-3)
Essential Qualifications:
1) Graduation from a recognized University
2) Degree / 3 year diploma in Hotel Management from an Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management / State Board of Technical Education / Recognized University. The candidate must have secured at least 55% aggregate marks in degree / diploma in Hotel Management. For Graduates in Hotel Management, item No.(1) is not necessary.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience as Senior Lecturer-cum-Senior Instructor in an Institute of Hotel Management affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology.
OR
At least 17 years of experience in teaching and / or hotel industry including minimum 5 years teaching experience as Senior Lecturer-cum-Senior Instructor in an Institute of Hotel Management affiliated to State Board of Technical Education / Recognized University.
OR
At least 17 years of experience in teaching and / or hotel industry including 5 years teaching experience as Senior Lecturer-cum-Senior Instructor in a Food Craft Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
OR
At least 17 years of Hotel industry experience including minimum 5 years in Managerial capacity in 4 star / heritage or above category approved hotel.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years. Upper age limit is Relax able up to 5 years in case of SC, ST and departmental candidates and as specified for other categories by Government of India from time to time.
2) Lecturers (1 Post - UR)
Pay Band & Grade Pay: 9,300-34,800+4,200(PB-2)
Essential Qualifications: Degree / 3 year diploma in Hotel Management from an Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management / State Board of Technical Education / Recognized University. The candidate must have secured at least 55 % aggregate marks in degree / diploma in Hotel Management.
Experience: At least 5 years experience as Assistant Lecturer-cum-Assistant Instructor in an Institute of Hotel Management affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology.
OR
At least 7 years of experience in teaching and / or hotel industry including minimum 5 years teaching experience as Assistant Lecturer-cum-Assistant Instructor in an Institute of Hotel Management affiliated to State Board of Technical Education / Recognized University.
OR
At least 7 years of experience in teaching and / or hotel industry including 5 years teaching experience as Assistant Lecturer-cum-Assistant Instructor in a Food Craft Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
OR
At least 7 years of Hotel industry experience including minimum 3 years in Supervisory capacity in 3 star / Heritage or above category approved hotel.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years. Upper age limit is relax able up to 5 years in case of SC, ST and departmental candidates and as specified for other categories by Government of India from time to time.
3) Assistant Lecturer (3 Posts - UR) { Food Production / 1 F & BS / 1 Front Office & Accommodation Operation }
Pay Band & Grade Pay: 9,300-34,800+4,200(PB-2)
Essential Qualifications: Degree / 3 year diploma in Hotel Management from an Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management / State Board of Technical Education / Recognized University. The candidate must have secured at least 60 % aggregate marks in degree / diploma in Hotel Management.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years practical experience in hotel and catering industry.
OR
At least 2 years of experience in an Institute of Hotel Management affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology / State Board of Technical Education / Recognized University.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years. Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of SC, ST and departmental candidates and as specified for other categories by Government of India from time to time.
4) Office Superintendent (I Post - UR)
Pay Band & Grade Pay: 9,300-34,800+4,200(PB-2)
Essential Qualifications: Graduate from Recognized University with 5 years of experience in commercial or educational institutions.
Desirable:
1. Graduation in Commerce from Recognized University
2. Knowledge of computers
Experience: Experience in Administrative and Accounts matters with knowledge of computers.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years. Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of SC, ST and departmental candidates and as specified for other categories by Government of India from time to time.
5) L.D.C (1 Post - UR)
Pay Band & Grade Pay: 5,200-20,200+1,900(PB-1)
Essential Qualifications: 10 + 2 or higher Secondary School, typing speed of 40 w.p.m. For Telephone Operator Knowledge of EPB Exchange.
Desirable: One year experience in computer applications.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 years. Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of SC, ST and departmental candidates and as specified for other categories by Government of India from time to time.
