Panache Solutions is a hiring partner for HCL Technologies Ltd- BPO Services. Their current requirement is for young and dynamic Jr. and Sr. Customer Support Executives and Jr. and Sr. Technical Support Officers.

Positions : CSE, SR. CSE, TSO, Sr. TSO

Requirements : TSO - 1000 & CSE - 1000 for Voice process only

Hiring Process :

1st Round - HR Screening
2nd Round - Voice n Accent
3rd Round - Ops Assessment
4th Round - Application form & Online Test
5th Round - HR Round (Final Offer)

Salary : Rs 1.80 lac pa to Rs 3.5 lac pa + INCENTIVES

Minimum Qualification:

· Graduate in any Stream

· Undergraduate are welcome

· BE/B.Tech are welcome with a service agreement of 9 months of Rs 50000/- (not to be paid upfront)

· Should be comfortable working in night shifts i.e. 24x7x365 environment

Age :

Above 18 years & below 40 years of age.

Skills Required :

· Strong oral and written communication skills which includes (Fluency & Coherence, Grammatical ability, Pronunciation and Accent, Interactive Communication, Lexical Resource)
· Basic Desktop and computer knowledge.
· Understanding of ISP/Networking concepts for TS
· Possess good organizational and time management skills
· Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers
· Exhibit strong teamwork
· Capable of demonstrating problem solving skills
· Attentive listener
· Ability to use common courtesies
· Confident while communicating

Experience :

· Freshers are welcome

1 year experience in any international BPO would be an added advantage
