New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2009 from 23 Oct 09 at 19 centres across the country.

In an official press release, the UPSC said that admission certificates have already been issued to all eligible candidates. Letters of rejection citing the grounds for rejection have also been sent.

Only such of the candidates as are declared qualified on the results of Preliminary Examination are eligible to take the Main Examination.

"The information about venue particulars in respect of all the admitted candidates is available on UPSC website.
