Notice inviting application for appointment of lecturer in Secretarial Practice on Part-Time Contractual Basis
The applications are invited from eligible persons for appointment on Part-time Contractual basis to one post of Lecturer in Secretarial Practice in Institute of Basic Business Studies, BTC Campus, Pusa, New Delhi, for academic session 2009-10.
The Eligibility and Terms of appointment are detailed below under relevant categories.
Educational Qualification:
1. M.Com. from a recognized university or equivalent.
2. Diploma/ITI certificate in Secretarial Practice from recognized institute or equivalent.
3. One year teaching experience in the relevant field.
Age:
Not exceeding 30 years an on 01.01.2010
Relaxable for SC/ST candidates - 5 years
Relaxable for OBC candidates - 3 years
Note: Retired Govt. Servants below the age of 65 years can also apply.
Remuneration:
The remuneration for aforesaid post is @ Rs.200/- per hour subject to maximum of Rs. 10,000/- per month.

Documents to be attached with Application:
• Self attested copies of Educational, Technical Qualifications & Experience
• Self attested recent passport size Photograph
• Self attested copy of category certificate i.e. SC/ST/OBC/PH
• An undertaking by the applicant that he/she is not employed any where in Govt. /Public/ Private Organization.
Selection Procedure:
Selection for aforesaid post will be done through interview. The interview will be held at Institute of Basic Business Studies, BTC Campus, Pusa, New Delhi on 17.03.2010
from 11.00 A.M. The candidates must bring originals of all of their certificates at the time of interview.
Last Date of Submission of Application:
The Application complete in all inspects with photocopies of documents mentioned above must reach at the following address latest by 15.03.2010 at 5.00 P.M.
