2. Application form completed in all respects along with photocopies of certificates, list of publications, reprints/preprints of publications, two recent passport size photographs and one A/C payee Demand Draft for Rs 500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla on any Nationalized Bank payable at Burla should reach the office of Registrar on or before 31st December 2009.
