CENTER FOR MANAGEMENT STUDIES AND INDUSTRIAL COLLABORATION, Jaipur, established in 1963, is a premier institute for technical Education in India and is one of the seventeen RECs in the country. MREC lies in the sylvan 217 acres campus, the right setting for intellectual pursuit. At present the college offers undergraduate coursesand post graduate courses in leading fields of Engineering and Management. It is also actively engaged in research, consultancy and development activities.

The Drive to excel :The drive for excellence and the desire to be on the top has made the institution work towards hard-set goals. It was set up with the objective of providing dedicated professionals in various spheres of engineering and technology. The institute has reached the pinnacle, as the alumni of MREC is present in varied fields of technonolgy and are striving towards improving the lives of the masses.

The Philosophy: To bridge the gap between the corporate sector and the management students, the focus is on blending the management theory with contextual reality; which also suits the Indian business environment. At CMSIC, a judicious combination of rigorous theoretical inputs, practical exercise, industry interaction and intership leads to a balanced acquisition of knowledge, skills and attitude. The CMSIC paradigm is a shift from teching to learning and development. The culture of the institute can be well summarized in the words of William Bulter Yeats:
