Bharat Ratna Dr B.R. Ambedkar Vishwavidyalaya, Delhi (Ambedkar University, Delhi or AUD for short) was established by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi through an Act of Legislature in 2007 and was notified in July 2008. AUD functions through its various Schools and Centres, which are home to its dynamic regular, adjunct and visiting faculty.
The Schools that AUD has established so far are the School of Development Studies, the School of Human Ecology, and the School of Human Studies.
