The ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai campus is located in the Institutional Area of Kharghar, Navi Mumbai and occupies a total constructed area of over 100,000 sqft. on a large campus which includes a classroom buildingwith 8 theater style classrooms and 4 teaching labs, among other areas. It was established in 1971. Under the expert development of CIDCO, the greater Navi Mumbai area has blossomed into an ecologically rich, landscaped and planned community of 14 townships, spread over an area of 343.7 sqKm.

Naturally, all ITM campuses are designed to be fully residential. The PGDBM program especially has a Residency compulsory policy. In some programs, especially those which attract experienced and working students, residency is optional- though highly encouraged.

Facilities:

The following Recreational facilities are available to the students in the hostel building:

  • LCD T.V. Lounge and common room in boy’s hostel.

  • Internet and Intercommunication

One computer lab, outfitted with thirty high-speed Pentium 4 computers, serve the student community. ITM Navi Mumbai is the first ITM campus, and perhaps among the first business schools in India to embrace the Linux Operating System for all its servers as well as staff desktops. Students of ITM's PGDBM program (all campuses) and other Masters programs are supplied laptops by the institute.

Admission:

Admission to some of the courses offered by this institution are based on performance in XAT Entrance Examination. Admissions process is underway with 1st round GD/PI already in progress.

Eligibility: Bachelors Degree (AIU recognized) with min. 50% marks aggregate. Final year students may also apply CAT, XAT, or GMAT test scores required.

ITM Navi Mumbai is unique in that it is not just one school, but a cohesive community of three schools. Apart from the Institute for Technology and Management, two other ITM Group Schools share this expansive campus:

ITM students are housed in apartment-style hostel accommodations, located very near the campus. Other facilities include a medical clinic, 24-hour shuttle bus service and guest rooms for visiting parents.

A brand new Women's hostel building has been acquired by the Institute, providing comfortable living conditions for female students, while improving their safety and security. The Institute is also developing an independent "Knowledge hub" residential facility, which will becomplete in 2007.
