Management Development Institute (MDI Gurgaon) is a business school in India. It was established in 1973 with support from Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI). Dr. T. N. Kapoor was the first Director. and is located in Gurgaon, a commercial hub near the Indian capital of New Delhi. MDI has its own campus spread over 37 acres (150,000 m2) in Gurgaon.
